Registration

Please select a suitable appointment and fill out the following form in order to register for a COVID-19 first, second or third/booster vaccination on 19 January or 2 February 2022 with the Moderna mRNA vaccine.

Kindly sign up for only one appointment.

Who can register?

Please note that only those with a valid employment contracts with Heidelberg University can be vaccinated by the university medical service. You are at least 30 years old.

Type of vaccination and medical questions

• On offer are first, second and third vaccinations.
• In the case of third vaccinations, the second one must have been 3 months before.
• If the first vaccination was with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine an interval of 28 days is enough.

The vaccine available is Moderna .
Information on the vaccine can be found on the website of the Website of the Robert-Koch-Instituts.
For medical questions, please consult your family doctor.

Cancellation

If you can’t make your appointment, do take the trouble to cancel it so that we can offer it to someone else. Postponing the time of day must also be done by means of cancelling the old appointment and reregistering. Cancellations in the system are possible until 1 week before vaccination.

This is how to cancel:
You first received a confirmation of your appointment by email. It contained a check-in link. Click on this link. It will take you to your order overview. Scroll down to the end of the page, find the option: “Bestellung stornieren oder umbuchen” (cancel or rebook your order). Cancel your order here and confirm your cancellation.

What do I have to bring to the vaccination?

Please don’t forget to bring the following with you:
• vaccination pass (with proof of previous COVID-19 vaccinations, as appropriate)
• if it is your first or second vaccination: a rapid test from an official testing point
• service card or written confirmation by your institute/facility proving you work at Heidelberg University
• a ball-point pen
• an FFP2 mask without a ventilation valve

Place of vaccination

The vaccination will take place in the premises of the university medical service (BÄD) at the INF campus, building 130.3.
The reception is on the 1st floor and the entrance is next to the cafeteria. Please turn up on time and ideally 10 minutes before your appointment. Take account of the necessary travel time and, as appropriate, the search for a parking space. The appointment slots are brief and so cannot be delayed.
Please also respect the distancing and hygiene rules on the spot and have your documents ready on arrival.
